Senator Maroney moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 9, lines 15-18, by striking out all of subdivision (5) and adding in lieu thereof a new subdivision, designated subdivision (5), to read as follows:

(5) Add licensed substance abuse treatment beds in any county which already has greater than 250 licensed substance abuse treatment beds.
